Here, Sean McDowell has written a fine article on why we should expose people to the objections to our faith.  From my experience, unless people exposed to objections to our faith, then we will run into the issue of the difference between “feeling certain” and “being certain” which is discussed in the book Doubting Toward Faithby Bobby Conway.  I came across this section which is quite helpful. He says:

No one, in any belief system, can prove his or her faith with 100 percent certainty.
